The Fan Care Senior Analyst will report to the Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Solutions within our Fan Intelligence team.

Responsibilities:

          You will work with our Live Service analysts, Fan Care team members, and Studio Partners to support interactive data visualizations and performance reporting that support the voice of the player of Fan Care for our games

           You will review creative and technical documentation to gain a deeper insight into game functionality and identify requirements for the analysis needs of those partners

           You will provide mentoring to our junior analysts on the team on maturing the insights we offer as a Fan Intelligence team that enrich the measurable change in the players’ experience in-game and support journey

           You will business reporting requirements from partners and communicate status updates and timelines for implementation and delivery

           You will lead in the development of automated reporting solutions that create efficiency in how insights are delivered. Ensure automated solutions are tested and maintained.

Qualifications:

           Background in computer science, math, marketing, economics, or other quantitative discipline

           5+ years of experience (Custom SQL design, MySQL, Postgress, and/or Snowflake)

           5+ years of dashboard development in Tableau, Domo, Looker, PowerBI, Cognor or other reporting platform 

           3+ years of building automated solutions using R, Python
