The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Manager, People Experience Technology role at Electronic Arts is a strategic, collaborative leader with deep HR domain expertise and a passion for driving global transformation through technology. You will report directly to the Lead Product Manager, People Experience Technology.
What you’ll do
Drive end-to-end product execution of the Workforce Infrastructure initiative, a global transformation spanning job architecture, skills, and compensation principles: ensuring alignment between HR strategy and enterprise systems delivery.
Lead the product lifecycle for system capabilities supporting job families, skills integration, and reward structures—from discovery and requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.
Own cross-functional collaboration, working closely with HR SMEs, IT architects, system engineers, change and communications partners, and business/system owners to ensure cohesive execution and user adoption.
Experience
Experience (5+ years) in product management, HR technology, or related HR roles within large, global, complex organizations
Experience with HR technology platforms; direct Workday experience is desirable but not required
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess trade-offs, manage timelines, and experience managing multiple simultaneous workstreams in a global enterprise setting.
You excel at translating complex HR concepts into actionable system solutions, thrive in cross-functional environments, and are adept at balancing technical capabilities with user experience and business objectives.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including surfacing trade-offs, articulating options, and enabling decision-making across stakeholder groups.

Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
