Description & Requirements

Electronic Arts creates next-level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. Here, everyone is part of the story. Part of a community that connects across the globe. A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

At Electronic Arts, players are at the heart of everything we create. As the Senior  Product Manager, Playtesting Programs, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of EA's community playtesting ecosystem. Reporting to the Director, Data, Player and Quality Insights, you will shape how player feedback is collected, analyzed, and integrated into game development through large-scale programs such as Battlefield Labs, the skate. Insider Program, and future player insight initiatives. You will operate as a highly influential individual contributor, partnering across Studios, Player Experience, Research, Analytics, and Operations teams to create scalable solutions that connect player voice to development decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for PQI's large-scale playtesting programs, delivering cross-functional initiatives that enable game teams to leverage player feedback more effectively across all stages of development.

  • Translate strategic objectives into scalable experiences that increase playtesting effectiveness, player participation, and insight quality.

  • Develop and communicate a compelling vision that aligns executives, stakeholders, and delivery teams, while building strategic partnerships across EA and with external partners to drive the evolution of player-centric development.

  • Partner with PX researchers, data analysts, and studio teams to uncover player behaviours, feedback trends, and opportunities that inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators that evaluate the effectiveness, quality, and value of player engagement initiatives.

  • Build stakeholder confidence through analytical rigour, transparent decision-making, and clear articulation of priorities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.

  • Anticipate organizational, technical, and operational risks, proactively driving alignment and mitigation strategies.

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, tooling, and capabilities to improve player insight generation and accelerate development decision-making.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Game Development, Live Operations, or related disciplines, with ownership of complex products, platforms, or strategic initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Deep experience with large-scale game playtesting, player feedback systems, or player engagement programs across live and in-development titles.

  • Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and drive execution through cross-functional influence.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions.

  • Experience building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, including senior leadership and executive audiences.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex initiatives with significant organizational impact without direct people management responsibility.

  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion for player engagement and a strong belief that player insights drive better products and experiences.
