Senior Talent Coordinator - 6 Month Contract
Hybrid - 3 Days per week in our Madrid or Bucharest Office

Join us at Electronic Arts (EA) and help us inspire the world to play. As a Senior Talent Coordinator, you will be part of our People Experience team, guiding candidates through their journey and ensuring a seamless recruiting process. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and collaborate with us to create programs and strategies that support our diverse teams. Our team is committed to promoting inclusion, learning, and growth, and you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience during an initial 6-month contract.


Responsibilities:

  • You will partner with recruiters to schedule interviews for 20+ candidates weekly and arrange completion of candidate Non-Disclosure Agreements, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
  • You will coordinate and execute onboarding tasks for new hires, including processing transactions and collaborating with internal teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within set timelines.
  • You will review and audit offer details and employment contracts for compliance, maintaining precise records and supporting us in upholding equitable hiring practices.
  • You will contribute to strategic projects across the Global Talent Acquisition Team, helping us improve recruiting processes and leading candidate assessment activities during high-volume campaigns.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in an administrative role supporting recruitment or talent acquisition, with measurable impact on process efficiency.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and scheduling.
  • Ability to assess and prioritize multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlines and supporting us in delivering a seamless candidate experience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with experience collaborating in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
