The Game Production Solutions team within Fusion is a recently formed group whose mission is to design the next generation of cloud-based collaborative technologies for creating games. Come join our mission to give our game teams superpowers which unlock their creativity and productivity.


The Challenge Ahead:

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to help lead the full product development life cycle for mission-critical products and tools for our game teams. This is a hybrid role. Reporting to the Director of Product Management, you’ll contribute to the product strategy and execution of a next-generation CI/CD suite that will affect thousands of developers and millions of players. 


Daily, you will…

  • Help us Reclaim Game Team Member Minutes by improving flow and reducing friction in development workflows

  • Develop customer relationships and empathize with our game teams’ workflow challenges and define scalable, maintainable solutions

  • With input from partners, define product goals, features and requirements. Use common design tools to articulate product and design intent

  • Manage the full product life cycle

  • Define the product, create user journeys, guide design and UX efforts

  • Help identify KPIs, form hypotheses, test out scenarios, and confirm business value with data

  • Maintain awareness of key players and market trends in cloud-based game development


You are/have…

  • 6+ years of professional experience in game development in roles focused on defining feature sets or whole products, including from a technical perspective

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating regularly with DevOps or CI/CD teams

  • Experience writing simple tools or scripts to improve workflows

  • Experience designing mockups, wireframes, and quality targets using Miro, Figma

  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences expressed through Technical Design docs, UML diagrams, mockups, and data flows

  • Experience with JIRA, Perforce, Git


Bonus if you have…

  • Experience as a Technical Producer on a released game

  • Experience using a variety of game engines

  • Experience as a software engineer in backend, data, source control or DevOps

Ceci ne s’applique pas au Québec. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $115,100 - $161,200 CAD

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
