As a Senior Quality Designer at EA, you will be a key driver of quality across our game development lifecycle. You’ll design and implement test strategies, champion best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class player experiences. This role combines leadership, innovation, and hands-on expertise to ensure our games meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute comprehensive quality strategies for complex game features and systems, with a strong focus on Sports titles
  • Partner with development, design, and production teams to embed quality early in the process.
  • Lead risk analysis, test planning, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Mentor and guide QA teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Analyze data and player feedback to drive actionable insights for product quality.
  • Enhance Quality strategies by employing evolving technology and AI agents to embed efficiency in the game development process

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in QA leadership or quality design within game development.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, game systems, testing methodologies, and automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across teams.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional player experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, previous experience in a directly related field is a welcome addition.
