  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Identify, assess, and manage potential project risks and obstacles, develop effective mitigation strategies, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting the sharing of knowledge and expertise and driving the achievement of shared goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of learning and sharing.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD or master’s degree in computer science, IT, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience, focusing on data and AI-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile and Scrum, and knowledge of project management software, especially Jira.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, successfully managing expectations and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong strategic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and create effective solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring.
  • Interest in gaming is a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Prince2), Agile, or Scrum would be advantageous.
  • Experience in the gaming industry would be a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and AI tools and platforms.
