A place where creativity thrives, new perspectives are invited, and ideas matter. A team where everyone makes play happen.

The multi-disciplinary Player & Quality Insights team focuses on understanding player behavior and designing player feedback events across our entire portfolio of games, to help game teams develop the games and experiences our players want to play. We are a player-inspired team where every major decision starts with who we make games for.

Reporting to the Director of Technical Delivery, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who will manage the growth and development of products used across multiple teams at EA. You will ensure these are aligned with business strategy, prioritized accordingly, and work collaboratively on new projects, with a focus on experimentation, research & development and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • You will define and guide roadmaps collaboratively for technical products, managing them through their life cycle: idea, introduction, growth, and end stages, including product integration opportunities.
  • You will manage timelines and expectations with multiple partners and user groups, make decisions with multiple EA needs in mind and improve our user feedback process.
  • You will use data to influence and make decisions, measure success, define and perform return on investment and value-add analysis.

Qualifications and Knowledge

  • 5 or more years of experience in technical product management.
  • Knowledge of Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and value-based development.
  • Converting ideas/vision into delivery roadmaps, productization.
  • Experience or desire working in a team with varied domain expertise, technical and non-technical, across different locations.
