The Infrastructure and Platform Services team (IPS) is the backbone of EA’s global gaming ecosystem, delivering the technology that powers EA’s live games and player experiences. IPS provides a deep portfolio of digital platform gaming services and production infrastructure to EA's game studios. From scalable cloud solutions to AI-driven gameplay services, IPS ensures that EA’s games are available anytime, anywhere for millions of players worldwide.


The Live Site Reliability (LSR) Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving improvements to the live site operations of EA game titles and services. In this role, you will report to the Director of Live Site Reliability. 


Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: You will manage the project lifecycle in accordance with the PMO methodology.

  • Project Reporting/Communications: You will report the status and progress of projects to the PMO, project partners, and higher-level status reporting for senior/executive staff.

  • Quality Management: You will ensure the quality standards and procedures are defined/identified and followed for all projects. You will conduct defined project phase reviews throughout the lifecycle of project.

  • Task Ownership: You are directly responsible for tasks assigned to the project manager on the projects including creating tickets in different tools and writing documentation.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a technical project management role

  • Experience with the operations lifecycle and understanding of incident management, change management and continuous improvement; ITIL experience is required.

  • Experience with Infrastructure, Cloud deployments, migrations, and upgrades across data center-related technologies

  • Experience managing projects with geographically distributed and culturally diverse workgroups

  • Experience with documentation and work tracking tools: JaaS, Monday.com, Service Now, Confluence, GitLab, Sharepoint

  • A delivery track record across multiple large-scale cross group programs, including scrum/team prioritization


This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
