EA Korea Studio
We are EA's game development studio based in Seoul, known for the FIFA Online series, a AAA sports game, as well as Need for Speed Online and MLB Online. Going beyond localizing global-scale games, we are on our journey to become an all-round game developer and lead a new trend in the gaming industry. Our mission is to inspire the world to Play! EA Korea Studio, armed with its unparalleled development capability for authentic graphic and diverse content that reflects lifelike football experience, is a large development organization in which Game Designers, Artists, Software Engineers, Development Directors, and Producers work together throughout the entire game development process, from production to live service. EA Korea Studio follows EA's global systematic and documented development process throughout the whole production process, from development planning to game design confirmation, visual direction setting and implementation to QA. At the same time, EA Korea Studio makes improvements based on the feedback from those who participate in the development process by streamlining our processes and pursuing optimization.
You will be reporting to the Lead Development Director (Hybrid work schedule)
Responsibilities
You will coordinate communication across internal game development teams
You will lead project execution across the full milestone lifecycle—including pre-planning, planning, production, and debugging
You will develop comprehensive and high-quality milestone plans that take into relevant factors
You will monitor production metrics and provide transparent updates to stakeholders
You will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the production lifecycle
You will enhance team productivity by refining development processes and optimizing communication workflows
You will oversee staffing plans, budget tracking, and external development partner management
Qualifications
Proven experience managing game or content development projects
Proficiency with Jira or similar project management tools
10+ years of relevant experience in the game or IT industry (e.g., project management, development, art, QA, or operations)
2+ years of people managing experience of diverse functions - product, programming, art, or design
