Workplace Experience Manager, Site Lead

Workplace Experience (WE) is a global team dedicated to creating workplaces that support site needs, employee well‑being, and company culture across our global portfolio.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, the WE Manager manages the daily delivery of workplace services at our Orlando office.

This role leads the day-to-day delivery of workplace services, supports an onsite team, and partners with local stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and employee-focused operations. The WE Manager ensures standards are met, escalations are addressed appropriately, and enterprise initiatives are implemented effectively at the site level.

Main Responsibilities

Site Operations & Service Delivery

  • Guide efficient, cost-effective workplace operations by setting clear standards, optimizing resources, and aligning high-quality service delivery with our goals.
  • Implement new and improved standards or processes to support an evolving culture and environment.
  • Deliver insights to leadership on site performance, risks, and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Manage vendor partnership and establish clear service standards and hold vendors accountable for delivering high-quality, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Maintain site standards for safety, compliance, and employee experience.

Team Leadership

  • Provide operational leadership to the site WE team and meet a high level of service excellence standards.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, ownership, and customer-centric service delivery.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted WE partner to site stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships.
  • Communicate operational priorities, updates, and risks.
  • Translate needs into practical workplace solutions that support operational effectiveness and employee experience.

Financial & Compliance Support

  • Manage the site operational budget.
  • Monitor expenses and identify cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company policies.

Change & Initiative Implementation

  • Promote workplace programs through change by communicating vision, engaging partners, and driving adoption of new processes, technologies, and service models to support evolving needs.
  • Partner with Real Estate, IT, Security, GHO, and People Practices to support site programs.

You Will Need

  • 5–7 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, or related operational roles.
  • Experience leading onsite teams.
  • Problem-solving skills to approach different working styles and needs.
  • Experience supporting and managing site-level budgets, with attention to transparency and accountability.
  • Build collaborative, respectful relationships with different stakeholders and contribute ideas across all levels.
  • Experience in high-level communicating with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing various projects and priorities.
