The EA Security team protects EA by reducing our exposure to security risks. We raise risk awareness for the entire company and provide measured, proportionate security and risk management controls, services and solutions. We also ensure that EA meets all required security standards as defined by various regulatory bodies. Keeping EA safe isn’t a game; join us as we keep the future of play secure for everyone. 

We're looking for a Security Operations Analyst Intern to join our world-class paid internship experience in May 2025 (3-month term).

By taking this opportunity, you will be the first contact for any internal EA Security matter and you will help us to provide incident assessment and specialized support for security inquiries. You'll also work with all the security pillars and IT teams to resolve ongoing security incidents. This will be more fun as in this position, you will choose a flexible schedule that suits you.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and investigate security alerts;

  • Track incidents within the dedicated ticketing platform;

  • Follow-up on outstanding cases;

  • Investigate potentially malicious emails;

  • Help us to improve workflows;

  • Help us meet the Service level agreement for security incidents;

  • Support security automation tools.

Qualifications:

  • You'll need to be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in a University in any related field such as Computer Science or others at the moment of your application;

  • Understanding of Security principles;

  • Understanding of virtual environments;

  • Basic Networking knowledge.

  • Current engagement in a form of formal education: You need to be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at any University at the moment of your application.

We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program throughout this internship, slated to graduate December 2025 or later. You must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.
