You will be part of the Content Adaptation and Localisation Team within the Global Production team at EA. Based in Bucharest, Romania, this is a diverse role reporting to a Sr. Manager within the Content Adaption & Localization team. It is a team that works daily with partners in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Madrid, Romania, and Sweden so 'one team' vision is essential.

 

You are responsible for the executions of static branded contents for a portfolio of games within EA's paid and owned channels. Additionally, you must excel in a collaborative environment, adapt well to an evolving industry, have practical knowledge of brand and digital design, and generally carry positive energy that benefits the greater team. Your responsibility, with guidance from leaders, is to use your passion for design, and storytelling to create work for use in the mediums of branding, advertising, and social media.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt artwork to different formats for diverse placements, platforms, and territories, while following a master creative and multiple brand and publisher guidelines.
  • Design exceptional assets that form the core of our franchise Design Systems, including logos, graphic devices, templates for social and retail channels, style guides, and presentations.
  • Create captivating online and console assets for banner ads, emails, social media, web landing pages, and in-game campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative materials comply with brand, platform, and licensor guidelines, as well as industry-standard specifications.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of internal EA programs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years design experience at an agency and/or internal marketing team.
  • Design from concept to execution in service of brand, retail, paid and owned channels targeting a range of player audiences.
  • Proven experience in adapting and designing artwork for various formats and platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools. (Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, understanding HTML & JavaScript are a plus)
  • Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work within those parameters.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard specifications for creative assets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with exceptional time management skills and a professional attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to absorb feedback positively and effectively implement required changes.
  • Proficient in multitasking and successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possess a portfolio that showcases strengths in design, typography, and layout in digital media.
  • Passion for design and games.
