At our core, Electronic Arts is a game maker that connects hundreds of millions of players from around the globe to some of the world's greatest games. The In-Game Experiences (IGX) team drives the strategy and implementation of EA's common social experiences that benefit the entire portfolio of games. These experiences include helping EA's community of players connect to one another and to the games they love to play - across social, commerce, cross-play, and connections to external networks and first parties.
In your role as Sr PM, reporting to the Product Lead, you will manage strategy, roadmap, and detailed product definition for our central social platform to grow our gaming network. These include features that live within our franchises and centrally-owned destinations like our upcoming mobile app. Your remit is rooted in product discovery; helping us determine what features to build, areas to invest in, and then distilling problem spaces into requirements. This means you'll partner with back and front-end technical teams, design counterparts, game studios, and partners across our organization, to bring your product vision for this space to market.
Responsibilities:
Define and maintain a product roadmap focused on growing our gaming network.
Translate strategy into measurable goals using KPIs and collaborate with analytics to track progress.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify player needs and define scalable solutions.
Collaborate with EA studios to understand use cases and prioritize shared solutions.
Develop and test new features through product experimentation frameworks like A/B testing.
Present roadmaps and results to leadership to support alignment and decision-making.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience in gaming, social platforms, or consumer tech.
Experience leading discovery, definition, and delivery of cross-platform digital products.
Proficient in user research methods, competitive analysis, and product metrics.
Practical experience partnering with technical and design teams to bring features to market.
Familiar with modern experimentation tools and methodologies (e.g., A/B testing).
Experience communicating product vision and roadmaps to diverse stakeholders.
