The Office of the CXO (oCXO) at EA Experiences is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness. As part of EA's Advertising & Sponsorships Media team, you will support and implement in-game media, sponsorships, and partnerships across our portfolio of games. You will report to the Account Manager, and work cross-functionally with sales, studio, development, and operational teams, ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of partner campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple internal partners to identify solutions for brand integrations that drive new business growth and align with our franchise goals. This is a hybrid role, based in Vancouver, Canada. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Management: Assist in the execution of sponsorship and brand integration deals within EA Sports FC
  • Be a primary contact for external clients and brands on assigned campaigns, effectively managing client expectations and communications throughout the campaign lifecycle. 
  • Work with internal teams (Development, Brand, Studio, Operations, and Communications) to facilitate seamless campaign execution, ensuring timelines and project milestones are met.
  • Help develop and refine workflows, documenting best practices to enhance internal efficiencies in media execution and partnership management.
  • Draft and deliver client-facing materials, ensuring that partner needs are met and that all communications are clear.
  • Produce go-to-market materials, sales collateral, media plans, and evaluation documents to empower the account management team when engaging with brands.
  • Be an internal resource by providing regular updates on media/partnership trends, evolving market expectations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications::

  • Minimum of 3-4 years in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, including setting and managing expectations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and Project Management tools to manage workflows, monitor progress, and generate performance reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

  • Interest in football/soccer and gaming
  • Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple campaigns or accounts while meeting tight deadlines and delivering quality outcomes.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
  • Client Relationship Management: Experienced in building trust and rapport with clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and delivering value.
  • Experience working with external partners, agencies, or brands is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, sponsorships, or in-game advertising is a bonus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria)
    • $73,200 - $101,700 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
