Description & Requirements
The Corporate Strategy team drives EA’s long-term growth and innovation.
As Manager of Market Intelligence, you will help shape EA’s strategic direction by providing data-driven market and competitive insights to the executive leadership team.
You will report to the Director of Market Intelligence and follow a hybrid work model with 3 days / week in office.
Responsibilities:
- You will conduct detailed assessments of market drivers and their impact on EA’s business and strategy.
- You will develop scalable dashboards and tools to systematically analyze and distill market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- You will use the latest technology to create scalable and repeatable workflows for research and analysis.
- You will use AI tools and programming to produce insights that enhance EA’s understanding of the industry landscape and opportunities.
- You will synthesize complex data into actionable insights and present them in compelling formats for executive decision-making.
- You will write memos, reports, and other business communications delivered to C-Suite executives.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in business or market intelligence, corporate strategy, management consulting, or analytics roles.
- Expertise in SQL programming, scripting languages (including Python, R), and data visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
- Proficiency in AI tools.
- Expertise in business writing.
Bonus:
- Knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) and best practices for storing, processing, and querying large datasets.
- Experience working in an Intelligence role within the technology, gaming, or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with mobile gaming.
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco)
- $127,700 - $190,600 USD
