Job Summary:

As Senior DevSecOps Software Engineer, you will report to the Director, Development Security and work with our Developer Security team. You will guide how we integrate security into software delivery at scale, collaborating across multiple teams to build platforms, automation, and tooling that improve secure engineering practices. Responsibilities:
- You will define technical direction for DevSecOps capabilities, partnering with engineering teams to improve secure software delivery across EA.
- You will design, build, and evolve security automation, developer tooling, and platform services that enable us to deliver reliable and resilient experiences.
- You will lead architectural decisions, review system designs, and create reference implementations that balance security, reliability, and developer experience.
- You will mentor senior engineers, promote secure CI/CD patterns, and help us adopt measurable, scalable security practices throughout our organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a senior or principal software engineer, security engineer, platform engineer, SRE, or DevSecOps engineer in large-scale environments.
- Experience designing, building, and operating production systems, platforms, automation, or developer tooling for secure software delivery.
- Experience with CI/CD systems, source control workflows, build pipelines, deployment patterns, and software supply chain security concepts such as SBOMs, artifact management, and signing.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerized environments, Kubernetes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern service architectures.
