The Sr. Media Analyst, Integrated Channel Intelligence role is an important role within our Fan Intelligence organization, which is part of EA’s broader Experiences organization.

The Integrated Channel Intelligence team provides insights and measurement on paid media campaigns. As a collective, this team drives adoption and implementation of new adtech, surfaces high value audiences and optimization opportunities, produces strategic insights, and drives innovation in measurement solutions.
You will report into the Measurement & Insights Manager. If you are near an EA office, you will work on a hybrid model splitting your time remote and on-site. Other locations will be remote.
Responsibilities:
Deliver measurement and actionable insights for paid media campaigns for EA’s Lifestyle titles, like The SIMS and Skate, including:
Develop media measurement frameworks that align planning objectives with measurable and optimizable KPIs
Design learning agendas and test frameworks grounded in clear, strategic hypotheses
Oversee executional elements required for accurate tracking and measurement
Analyze performance data, brand lift studies, and campaign reports to extract meaningful insights
Translate media performance into business context with impactful recommendations for marketing stakeholders
Become a masterful insights storyteller who can create content for audiences with varying levels of marketing experience
Collaborate with media planning teams and marketing analytics to inform strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
Partner across the Fan Intelligence team to integrate paid media insights into broader campaign narratives
Champion innovation in how we measure effectiveness and impact of our paid media campaigns against business outcomes
Qualifications:
Industry-specific skills:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing at a multi-franchise global brand
Familiarity with marketing and media mix models (e.g., MMM, MTA)
Solid understanding of paid media key performance indicators (KPIs)
Experience with measurement strategies across full-funnel media campaigns
Job-specific skills:
Ability to uncover insights and craft compelling narratives using data
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot table manipulation
Skilled in creating and delivering effective PowerPoint presentations
Proven ability to manage project timelines and deliverables with accountability
