Join our dynamic Design Home Product Team as a Temporary Associate PM specializing in live interior design challenges. In this 1 year position, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and delightful gameplay experiences for our players while utilizing your analytical prowess to optimize the game's performance. About Our Design Home Product Team: At EA, our Design Home Product Team is dedicated to developing a mobile game that empowers players to showcase their interior design skills. We believe in the fusion of aesthetics and strategy, offering players a platform to express themselves artistically while challenging their problem-solving abilities. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional entertainment to our users.

Responsibilities

  • Daily tasks include QA’ing furniture assets in order to prevent in game bugs

  • Creating in game furniture sets while creating tickets for any in game errors

  • Helping QA brand approvals on a weekly basis using a software system

  • Helping create brand decks for launches on a monthly basis

  • Assisting in sourcing rooms and new furniture brands that match the esthetic of the game

  • Assist in sourcing decor and furniture for in game launches 

  • Collaborate closely with a large team of producers, product managers, interior designers, and artists to ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with the game's aesthetic. 

  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into the game's design. 

  •  Effectively use our internal tools and autonomously execute on tasks 

Qualifications

  •  Bachelor's degree

  •  Proven experience in game design, preferably in a mobile or free-to-play gaming environment is a bonus

  • Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software for creating visual design assets is a bonus

  • Working understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and the free-to-play gaming market. 

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • A passion for interior design, aesthetics, and an eye for detail.
