Descrizione e requisiti

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to bring product management and coordination for a cutting-edge, skunkworks project, exploring new technologies to transform interactive entertainment.

Reporting to the Project's GM, you will drive feature and system level design for a project with the ambition to shape the future of interactive experiences for millions of players.

Responsibilities:

  • You will apply design thinking to complex social entertainment systems, translating solutions into intuitive design artifacts such as user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide development.
  • You will determine the best UX approaches based on user feedback and competitive analysis, identifying challenges and adapting as you go.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and external partners to establish requirements, identify risks, and manage timelines, while integrating user insights into the design process.
  • You will create and present design milestones to stakeholders, including detailed prototypes and visual designs, ensuring alignment on the design approach and rationale.
  • You will take ownership of the entire design process, from concept sketches and storyboards to rapid prototypes, while addressing design-related roadblocks to ensure smooth progress.
  • You will organize and lead meetings to track progress against design goals and establish clear next steps.
  • You will work with the development team to ensure design feasibility and quality during implementation, adapting designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on developing and customizing design systems.
  • Demonstrated understanding of design methodology, user-centered design principles, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experience
  • Experience partnering with engineering, marketing, and product management teams to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Motion Design tools such as Rive or Adobe After Effects.
  • Visual design skills, with the ability to create compelling and cohesive visual identities for digital products.
