Systems Designer

The Senior System Designer will report to the Design Line Director. We are considering on-site and hybrid working options within the US or Canada to apply.
Responsibilities:
Create designs for select front-end systems on a large project and guide them through implementation and live service.
Agree on priorities with your lead and teammates for your work
Collaborate with other disciplines to implement your work, ensuring it makes for the best possible player experience
Use feedback and telemetry to improve your designs and refine the player experience
Support your teammates through knowledge-sharing and documentation
Participate constructively and respectfully in the critique of your work and the work of others
Look for opportunities to learn new skills to benefit your growth, your team, and the studio
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a system design role
At least one shipped multiplayer title as a designer
Creation of front-end systems related to progression and customization features
Experience tuning and balancing complex systems in a live service environment
Comfortable and proficient in technical implementation; use game editors, scripting languages, and engines like Frostbite or Unreal.
