EA's Fan Care organization exists to help our fans get the most fun from their games. From onboarding new players to getting them back in the game when they have issues, we support fans across their EA experiences and keep them safe online. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Care a great place to be and be from. We celebrate inclusion. It's just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We're looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun.

And we want you to join us.

We're hiring a Community Care, Programme Manager.

You will be reporting to the Director of Programmes & Planning in Community Care. We strive to make EA known for taking care of its players and fans. We're fans taking care of fans – whenever, wherever, and however they need us. We're looking for someone who can lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape how we support and engage with our fan communities. This role owns programs from concept through operationalization. You will assess opportunities, define strategy, build execution plans, and drive delivery across multiple partner teams. You will evaluate existing programs to determine effectiveness and future potential, identify areas for transformation or expansion, and implement improvements that create measurable impact.

While this role includes regular leadership alignment and status updates, success requires strong understanding of business processes and data informed action planning. Deliverables will not always be predefined — you will define them. As part of this role, you may need to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content. We will minimize the impact of this content and provide resources to support your wellbeing.

If this role is for you, then you are:

Strategic: You connect programs to broader business impact and long-term outcomes.

Motivated to Succeed: You make informed recommendations and move initiatives forward.

Collaborative: You build relationships, look for common ground and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
