EA's Fan Care organization exists to help our fans get the most fun from their games. From onboarding new players to getting them back in the game when they have issues, we support fans across their EA experiences and keep them safe online. We value people who bring new ideas and perspectives to make Fan Care a great place to be and be from. We celebrate inclusion. It's just as important for us to create great experiences for our people as for our players. We're looking for people who will show up excited to work and ready for fun.

And we want you to join us.

We're hiring a Community Care, Programme Manager.

You will be reporting to the Director of Programmes & Planning in Community Care. We strive to make EA known for taking care of its players and fans. We're fans taking care of fans – whenever, wherever, and however they need us. We're looking for someone who can lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that shape how we support and engage with our fan communities. This role owns programs from concept through operationalization. You will assess opportunities, define strategy, build execution plans, and drive delivery across multiple partner teams. You will evaluate existing programs to determine effectiveness and future potential, identify areas for transformation or expansion, and implement improvements that create measurable impact.

While this role includes regular leadership alignment and status updates, success requires strong understanding of business processes and data informed action planning. Deliverables will not always be predefined — you will define them. As part of this role, you may need to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content. We will minimize the impact of this content and provide resources to support your wellbeing.

How does a Community Programme Manager make great experiences for fans?

They:

  • Lead the strategy, design, and execution of complex programs that impact fan and community experience

  • Assess existing programs to determine value, scalability, and alignment to business priorities

  • Develop data-driven recommendations for program optimization, expansion, or transformation

  • Build business cases, define success metrics and measurement frameworks

  • Translate strategic direction into actionable roadmaps and operational plans

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across teams including operations, product, legal, people teams, and leadership

  • Identify risks, trade-offs, and dependencies, and proactively reduce impact

  • Operationalize programs for long-term sustainability, including documentation, governance, and hand-off

  • Present insights, recommendations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders

  • Continuously evaluate performance and iterate based on data and feedback

If this role is for you, then you are:

Strategic: You connect programs to broader business impact and long-term outcomes.

Analytical: You use data to inform decisions and build credible business cases.

Independent: You operate well in quickly evolving environments and create clarity where none exists.

Motivated to Succeed: You make informed recommendations and move initiatives forward.

Collaborative: You build relationships, look for common ground and build strong cross-functional partnerships.

Aware: You navigate complexity and sensitive environments.

Data Informed: You focus on measurable impact, not activity.

You'll need these skills and experiences:

  • 4+ years of program or project management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives

  • Experience evaluating existing programs and defining strategic improvements or expansion plans

  • Build business cases and make data-driven recommendations

  • Experience leading program transformation, scaling, or redesign initiatives

  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to assess trade-offs, risk, cost, and operational impact

  • Experience defining KPIs and building measurement frameworks to evaluate program success

  • Proven ability to operate quickly evolving environments and create structure where none exists

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across multiple organizational level

  • Communicate programs proposals and status, including executive-ready presentations
