Electronic Arts is building a modern, unified AdTech platform to power scalable, player-first monetization across our global portfolio of live services. At its core, the LCM Ads Data team enables data solutions to provide visibility and insight into in-game ads performance and opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer III to join our team. You will report to a Senior Software Engineer II as a hands-on individual contributor.
What You Will Do:
Work in partnership with game teams and ads sponsorship teams to design shared services.
Lead architecture and design discussions in our team.
Be accountable for the scalability, reliability and maintainability of the data service and data quality.
Provide support to team members and customers as a subject matter expert.
Mentor team members by establishing best practices and enforcing them through code reviews.
Shape production direction by researching and integrating ads vendors and technologies.
Analyse and visualise technical data.
Qualifications:
A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and at least 5 years of industry experience in software engineering or data science.
Experience with Java, C# or C++ development.
Experience with public Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with data processing and storage technologies (streaming, ETL, NoSQL and OLAP databases).
Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD.
Bonus Skills
You have worked with AAA games.
Experience with SSPs, DSPs, and identity/data partners.
You have gone through the full cycle with MRC accreditation or independent third-party audit.
Experience with advertising inventory forecasting, attribution modeling and recommendation systems.
This is a hybrid role where you will be in-office 3 days.
