You will report to our Quality Assurance Development Director and partner with Strategic and Operational Quality Designers.

You will create, guide and report on the quality strategy incorporating the use of testing techniques, automation / tools opportunities and data.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Quality Verification efforts to ensure the delivery of high-quality content and player experiences.

• Clearly communicate technical information, facilitating dialogue on project status, issues, and solutions while encouraging a collaborative environment.

• Implement improvements in testing processes, data validation, communication, reporting, and feedback pipelines.

• Document detailed reproduction steps, gather test data and outputs, rebuild and test code/data fixes, and produce supporting information to assist the development process.

• Monitor game builds, track issue resolution, and follow up on fixes to ensure quality goals are met.

• Collaborate with Automation and Data Analytics teams to identify technical solutions and automation opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Quality Assurance or software development.

• Proficient in Test & Issue Management systems (e.g., JIRA).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

• Experience working in a live service development model is an asset.
