  • Produce go-to-market materials, sales collateral, media plans, and evaluation documents to empower the account management team when engaging with brands.
  • Be an internal resource by providing regular updates on media/partnership trends, evolving market expectations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in account management, brand partnerships, advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, including setting and managing expectations, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
