  • Own the live service roadmap, ensuring regular, high-impact content and features that resonate with both loyal players and new audiences.

  • Define and optimize monetization strategies, collaborating with design to enhance in-game economy, pricing models, and offers that drive sustainable revenue.

  • Use data, player feedback, and experimentation to inform decision-making, test hypotheses, and guide product development with measurable impact.

  • Partner with Finance to forecast performance, model growth scenarios, and support strategic planning and investment decisions.

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional product team—including Product Managers, Producers, and Analysts—building a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate across disciplines—Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, and central EA teams—to deliver polished features and seamless player experiences.

  • Strong track record of growing live titles, including modernizing player experience, revitalizing engagement, and optimizing monetization over time.

  • Deep understanding of mobile game KPIs (e.g., retention, ARPU, LTV) and the ability edto translate data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across creative and business functions.

  • Fluency in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and Agile product development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting, scenario planning, and partnering with Analytics and Finance on revenue modeling.
