As a Brand Marketing Manager for Action Adventure & RPG, your role will be to help bring together a team of experts to create groundbreaking player-facing marketing programs, where you’ll operate in an environment where out of the box thinking is expected. You’ll be an essential team member reporting directly to the brand marketing director, based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate and assist on the development of Brand marketing milestone deliverables and presentations with guidance of senior level colleagues - from go-to-market marketing plans to ad-hoc business and creative briefs
- You will be responsible for global player-facing Marketing plans and help shape brand experiences across player touchpoints following campaign goals and strategy.
- You will ensure success in our marketing plans - Manage the daily progress of creative assets development and deliverables across all channels, in close partnership with our production teams
- Channel management - Support with aligning and managing channel experts' collaboration through communication with up-to-date campaign documents as sources of truth. Partners will include Social, Community, 1st Party Merchandising, Web, and Retail teams.
- When on projects that require working with Licensing partners, ensure internal EA working groups are briefed on processes and following guidelines. You will ensure smooth operations and approvals between our teams and important licensors.
- Connect marketing activation with product and business deliverables- Organize and track campaign performance data; interpret to translate into actions.
Qualifications
Technical skills
- 5+ years of experience with all areas of marketing and omnichannel consumer-facing campaigns.
- You will perform across a variety of projects at the same time.
- Can manage up and in partnership with a complex matrix of partners across regions.
- Operate autonomously across multiple projects while communicating with your team, always looking for a way to push the work further for the Brand.
- You will present materials to important partners.

- Experience in the Gaming/Entertainment marketing space.
