Job Title: Communications and Employee Engagement Intern 
Department: Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) 
Location: Remote 
Internship Length: 3 Months 
Role Overview: 
As a Communications and Employee Engagement Intern within the GPSR department, you will 
play a pivotal role in enhancing the department's visibility and value across the organization. 
This internship focuses on developing branding and socialization campaigns, crafting 
standardized design templates, and creating a cohesive visual identity for GPSR. You will work 
closely with leadership to produce engaging materials such as infographics, presentations, and 
interactive tools, ensuring alignment with enterprise branding standards. This role offers a 
unique opportunity to apply your skills in design, communication, and branding in a globally 
recognized company. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  Develop and execute branding and socialization campaigns for GPSR initiatives. 
  Design high-quality templates, infographics, and presentations aligned with corporate 
standards. 
  Gather stakeholder feedback, track success metrics, and refine materials to ensure 
effectiveness. 
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content that resonates with internal 
stakeholders. 
Qualifications: 
  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva. 
  Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and content 
management systems. 
  Strong written and visual storytelling abilities. 
  Familiarity with project management and collaborative tools such as Slack and 
Monday.com. 
  Rising senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields. 
Learning Outcomes: 
  Hands-on experience in corporate communications and branding. 
  Skills in designing standardized materials and managing internal campaigns. 
  Exposure to data visualization and campaign impact analysis. 
  A robust portfolio showcasing professional branding and communication projects. 
 


US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.
 
EA has listed the pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous  relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, degree type (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, PhD), what stage you are in your degree journey (i.e. freshman, sophomore, etc.), qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES

    • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
      º $39 - $80 USD Hourly

The pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.  We also offer a package of benefits including 80 hours per year of sick time (prorated based on scheduled hours per week if less than full-time), 16 paid company holidays per year, medical insurance, and 401(k).  Interns in California are also eligible for Voluntary Disability Insurance.
