You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).

Our shipped titles include critically acclaimed multi-platform games Apex Legends, Titanfall, Titanfall 2, Star Wars TM Jedi: Fallen Order, and Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond.


We are looking for a QA Telemetry Expert to join our team. You will use internal and external player data repositories to analyze and communicate actionable insights. You will report to the Development Manager/Director in the EA Bogota office. You will collaborate within QV and with development and analytics partner teams to validate data accuracy and ensure its relevance to quality strategies. You will also recommend test strategy enhancements informed by data-driven findings to improve verification efficiency and the player experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy and Test Planning

    • You will use test coverage and player behavior data to create more efficient and targeted test plans

    • You will assess and manage risks related to requirements and testing

    • You will design and apply strategies to enhance the product quality across QA and partner teams

  • Quality and Data Analysis
    • You will interpret & use data and visualizations to provide relevant insights

    • You will compile data from multiple sources into cohesive summaries to communicate status and risk

    • You will analyze data to propose solutions to quality problems

    • You will collaborate with leadership to create solutions to problems using data-driven analysis

  • Collaboration and Communication

    • You will communicate status and risk through cohesive summaries

    • You will represent the QA perspective in meetings, ensuring quality standards are prioritized

    • You will help peers and partners expand their data skillsets, identifying opportunities to use data to enhance decision-making

Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of experience in a Lead Quality Assurance role, focused on telemetry to validate feature functionality and overall test coverage

  • Understanding of quality assurance techniques and multiple testing methodologies

  • Experience working within a continuous delivery or deployment model

  • Experience using advanced data analysis tools to interpret quality assurance metrics and improve processes

  • Background in data governance, data accuracy, and applying insights to improve player experience
