  • Manage service level agreements and third-party contracts with security vendors, protective intelligence teams, and travel providers.
  • Design and implement travel security protocols, coordinating secure transportation logistics, route planning, and emergency contingencies.
  • Manage the EP budget, including forecasting, goal setting, and expense tracking.
  • You'll collaborate with key internal departments (Cyber Security, Legal, HR) and maintain strong relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies for coordinated incident response.
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion and strict confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security-related management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate, in-house, or high-net-worth executive protection roles.
  • 8 or more years of experience supervising a team of direct reports and project management within protective operations.
  • Current or ability to obtain certifications in TCCC/TECC, EMT, First Aid/CPR/AED

  • Communication, verbal and written, with senior leadership and necessary external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or active involvement in professional organizations such as ASIS International, ATAP, or the Board of Executive Protection Professionals (BEPP).
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Have and maintain a valid Driver's License, and necessary state Guard/Firearm permits (e.g., CA BSIS) and a valid Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) license or LEOSA compliance.
