[Apex Legends] Senior Producer - Player Investment & Expression


We’re looking for a Senior Producer to help lead the charge on Apex Legends’ Player Investment & Expression features, the systems that keep players coming back, keep them engaged, and let them show off who they are.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that supports a pillar of our live service: the out-of-match systems that drive retention and monetization. If you enjoy creating structure in complexity, coordinating across teams, and helping deliver features that players interact with every time they log in, this might be for you.




What You’ll Work On

You’ll own production for features that power how players engage with Apex Legends beyond the moment-to-moment gameplay. That includes:

  • Battle Pass - seasonal progression and rewards

  • In-Game Shop - storefront content and merchandising systems

  • Account Progression Systems - long-term investment features

  • Cosmetic Systems - infrastructure for skins, banners, and more

Your work will directly impact monetization and player retention, helping us evolve one of the industry’s leading free-to-play games.




What You’ll Do

  • Own feature production from pitch through live support

  • Drive daily coordination across product, design, engineering, analytics, QA, and more

  • Build and maintain roadmaps, track dependencies, and proactively manage risks

  • Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

  • Identify and improve production workflows and pipelines

  • Support cross-discipline teams in executing seasonal and long-term goals

  • Use tools like Jira and Confluence to keep everything on track and visible




What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in games or similar industries

  • Strong understanding of live service development and content pipelines

  • Experience with monetization or meta systems (Battle Pass, shops, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Proven ability to lead without authority and collaborate across disciplines

  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

  • Clear communicator and problem solver who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments

  • Bonus: experience working with various first-party platforms, F2P games w/ complex economies, and live service games
