Our Fan Journey Experience Design organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Partner Success.

Your Impact
A Program Manager in the Partner Success team ensures initiatives are well planned, aligned, and delivered on time and within scope. They streamline collaboration across researchers, technologists, and partners, removing roadblocks and keeping everyone focused on priorities. Their work accelerates delivery of high-quality customer experience improvements, maximizes resources, and drives measurable business and customer value. This role reports to the Director of Partner Success.

Responsibilities:

Program & Project Leadership

  • Own integrated workback schedules, milestones, and dependencies for large partner programs and high-impact initiatives

  • Coordinate across UX, technology, operations, business teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability

  • Track progress, risks, and issues; proactively resolve blockers and escalate when needed

  • Drive consistent program rhythms (kickoffs, status updates, checkpoints, retrospectives)

Partner Management

  • Serve as a primary operational partner contact for assigned initiatives

  • Ensure partners understand timelines, expectations, and decision paths

  • Capture partner insights and feedback and ensure they are integrated into program execution and decisions

  • Foster trusted, collaborative relationships that support long-term success

Program Operations & Enablement

  • Design and maintain program tracking systems (e.g., Airtable, dashboards, documentation)

  • Improve workflows, tools, and reporting to increase efficiency and consistency

  • Provide leadership with clear visibility into status, outcomes, risks, and ROI

  • Establish lightweight frameworks and best practices that enable tactical teams to self-manage smaller projects

Scaling & Governance

  • Help define when Partner Success leads vs supports initiatives

  • Influence and guide project management practices across partner-driven work

  • Ensure consistency in documentation, communication, and operating norms

  • Support planning, prioritization, and dependency management across programs

If this role is for you, you are…

  • Enablement-minded and people-first — you care about culture and making it easier for teams and partners to do great work

  • Curious and collaborative — you seek context, ask good questions, and work across teams to understand how things connect

  • A clear, trusted communicator — you communicate confidently with everyone from senior leaders to delivery teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once — you can prioritize across parallel workstreams, maintain momentum, and adapt as needs change

  • Proactive, organized, and systems-oriented — you take ownership, bring structure to complexity, and continuously improve how work gets done

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills across written, visual, and verbal formats

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs

  • Experience managing external partners and stakeholder relationships

  • High comfort with ambiguity and shared ownership

  • Program and project management expertise

  • Strong partner management and collaboration skills

  • Advanced proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar

  • Ability to design and maintain operational systems and reporting

  • Experience establishing KPIs and measuring business and customer impact

  • Comfort working with senior leaders and influencing without authority
