You will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, leverage technology, and reduce risk through SOPs, process documentation, and analytics. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal partners to ensure alignment with EA policies and business objectives.

  • Compliance & Reporting: You will monitor federal and state regulatory updates impacting immigration and mobility. You will maintain accurate records, and provide reporting and metrics on status, trends, cycle time, and case outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. You will ensure all casework meets EA's standards for quality and legal compliance.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners on all US immigration and mobility questions. You will facilitate training and communications to build awareness and understanding of mobility processes.
