Responsibilities
 * Build and scale a web application that helps teams identify recurring operational and product issues, inspect supporting evidence, and track work through resolution.
 * Develop backend services and APIs for data processing, signal extraction, evidence retrieval, workflow tracking, and trend analysis.
 * Build user-facing workflows for dashboards, drill-down views, ownership tracking, and administrative controls.
 * Implement AI-enabled workflows such as classification, retrieval, summarization, and configurable analysis controls in a way that is reliable and understandable to end users.
 * Integrate with enterprise platforms and internal systems to support connected workflows across tools and teams.
 * Partner with product, support, and engineering stakeholders to shape requirements and deliver production-ready capabilities.
 
 Qualifications
 * 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
 * Strong experience building scalable backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.
 * Strong experience with modern frontend development using React, Angular, or a similar framework, along with solid UI/UX fundamentals.
 * Experience with backend development using Python or C#.
 * Experience building services using frameworks such as Django or ASP.NET Core.
 * Experience working with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or Redis.
 * Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
 * Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes in production environments.
 * Experience building internal tools, workflow products, enterprise applications, or operational platforms.
 * Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab, or similar platforms.
 * Experience working with AI-enabled product workflows such as LLM-driven extraction, classification, retrieval, summarization, or human-in-the-loop review.
