    • You will develop negotiation strategies informed by financial analysis, brand considerations, and franchise priorities.
    • You will deliver commercially sound and creatively aligned outcomes by balancing partner objectives with EA goals.
    • Operating in fluid environments, you will help bring structure and clarity to evolving processes.
  • Partner Management and Strategic Development
    • You will build and manage relationships with studios, brands, agencies, and external partners
    • You are a primary contact for partners, overseeing coordination and performance tracking.
    • You will contribute to the development of a forward looking partnership pipeline aligned to our franchise roadmaps.
    • Monitor relevant market trends and competitor activity to help identify new collaboration opportunities.
  • Internal Collaboration and Influence
    • You will partner with Studios, Brand, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Ad Sales to lead efficient deal execution.

    • You will influence teams with deal rationale and risk considerations.
  • Business Operations:
    • Ensure assigned deals are properly documented and tracked.
    • Partner with Legal and Finance to support compliance, approvals, reporting, and performance tracking.

Skills Required
