The future of entertainment is interactive, and our Marketing team plays an important role in this future by building content, culture, and community around our brands. We empower audiences to Play, Create, Watch, and Connect across our amazing franchises and experiences, including Plants vs. Zombies, Design Home, Star Wars, Sim City, Golf Clash, Pogo, and more. We’re a multi-functional group with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Specialist to join the EA Mobile Growth Organization. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Growth & Engagement Marketing, who is responsible for growing our mobile portfolio.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement media buying strategies to improve campaign efficiency and performance for the EA Sports App
* Activate digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, SDK networks, and programmatic networks
* Develop and build strategic partnerships with key studio and product stakeholders within the Ventures organization
* Educate, manage, and grow the relationship with external agencies and partners to ensure success for the EA Sports App
* Nurture advertising partner relationships with EA’s key partner networks
* Contributions to improve the growth marketing team with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
* Work directly with the Senior Director to implement innovative strategies to grow and maximize revenue for the EA Sports App, with potential opportunities to expand into other areas of the EA portfolio

Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing
* Strong knowledge of attribution
* Experience building and optimizing user acquisition campaigns in the gaming or sports category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)
* Curiosity and experience in proposing/testing new advertising channels, partners and formats
* BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field
* Experience building relationships with third-party media partners and agencies with an emphasis on paid social platforms like FB/IG, TikTok, and Google
* Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment
* Passion/knowledge for video games and sports
* Knowledge of Excel, and Microsoft Office / Google applications
