The Growth Marketing Content Production Team plans, creates, and delivers compelling creative content to empower EA’s brand go-to-market strategies across global channels. Our industry-leading expertise in computer graphics and design, VFX, storytelling and editorial, directing, and producing delivers content that represents and expands our franchise strategies, expands lore and gameplay insight, and brings call-to-action excitement to our fans and players around the world. 


Job Description

Our Marketing Production team is looking for a Production Coordinator who will work within the Asset Production process. You will track the asset workflow from creative conception through delivery, and act as the main contact for the internal production team.

You will work closely with the Cinematic Producer, report to the Senior Manager, Operations and provide a range of administrative support to the Production Execution team as well as their partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the internal production team responsible for trailers, videos, stills and art across multiple global game franchises.

  • Run all versioning for all assets, for paid media and in preparation for localisation and trafficking

  • Chase master assets where needed

  • Ensure assets are tracking on time with our production partners

  • Track all asset reviews and approvals

  • Attend production meetings to gather and distill information, track timelines and actioning feedback

  • Manage relationships with internal team


Qualifications:

  • Junior level experience in marketing or asset production

  • Solid knowledge in post, VFX-production video processes

  • You will have experience with Paid Media, Social, Email, and POS

  • You will have experience with adaptation/localisation process

  • Ask the right questions for context in feedback

  • Clarify ambiguous and assumptive feedback

  • Show curiosity and passion to staying current with new media and creative trends
