Vice President, Transformation & Office of the CFO

This is a newly created Vice President, Transformation & Office of the CFO position. Reporting to the EVP Finance & CFO, you will be part of the EA Finance Leadership Team. You will lead teams accountable for driving Finance Transformation, data & systems, change management and operations across Global Finance.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve financial performance, ensuring consistency with the long-term goals of Global Finance.
Lead collaboration across departments to ensure appropriate sequencing and understanding of transformation plans.
Motivate and inspire teams to accept and participate in transformation, encouraging a culture of innovation and adoption.
Define and monitor measurements to gauge the success and effectiveness of the transformation programs
Drive change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
Lead enterprise wide finance data projects to use insights for strategic decision-making.
Assess current and latest transformation technology trends for application within the business to enhance financial operations and reporting
Oversee the maintenance and optimization of important finance systems
Enhance prioritization, operational efficiency, connectivity and cultural well-being of the Global Finance Leadership Team and Global Finance Organization.
Lead the Office of the CFO team harnessing their unique skills to achieve common goals.
Experiences/Capabilities:
Over 10 years experience in senior finance roles preferably in Entertainment, Technology or Financial Services industries.
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business transformation.
Demonstrated experience developing and leading large-scale transformation and effective change management practices..
Executive leadership experience with distributed teams focusing on team success and inclusivity
Expertise in leading organizational change, driving collaboration, and building excitement in others to embrace change.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). BASE SALARY RANGES
- California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento)
- $265,000 - $350,000 USD
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
