Overview:

We are looking for a Development Director ll who can navigate between high-level strategy and "on-the-ground" execution. We are looking for a unique hybrid professional: someone who can design a long-term change management roadmap one hour and dive into a team-level blocker the next. You are who builds deep trust with partners and converts ambiguous, high-level opportunities into well-defined, scalable resolutions across multiple titles. In this important position, you will report directly to the Senior Development Director within the Data and Insights organization

Responsibilities:

  • You will design and implement change management plans that evolve our distributed support teams from a reactive model to a, partnership across the studio.

  • You will scale solutions across multiple titles, identifying successful local processes and standardizing them into framework-level tools and workflows that benefit the entire portfolio.

  • You will build deep trust with stakeholders, being the primary bridge between cross-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to align and secure support for major shifts.

  • You will lead multi-team orchestration, managing the daily deliveries of various workstreams to ensure you track inter-project dependencies and mitigate risks before they affect the production floor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Game Development (PC/Console/Mobile) or Live-Ops, between a boardroom presentation and a developer's stand-up.

  • Experience building and scaling support frameworks, moving a team from reactive support to a partnership model by optimizing processes for a large organization

  • Experience with Agile methodologies specifically tailored for game production schedules across multiple time zones and work cultures.

  • Have managed risks and mitigation strategies in a complex, live project setting.

  • Have experience earning the respect of teams.

Skills/Experience:

  • Direct experience in the software development industry, video games or Mobile games.

  • Production or Live-Ops experience in video games or mobile games

  • Certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP)

  • Experience working to Support Distributed Teams across multiple time zones
