We’re a multi-functional group, with world-class expertise in building fandoms, driving interactive storytelling, and positioning our franchises at the center of the broader entertainment ecosystem.

In your role, you will publish in-game and email messaging to our global network of players through enterprise level deployment systems across titles including Battlefield, APEX, EA Sports, and The Sims. You will help advise our strategic partners on messaging placement and scheduling approaches. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations. You will work from the Vancouver, BC office 3 days per week in a hybrid work model. 

EA Experiences - Office of the CXO (oCXO) - CRM

The Email & Dynamic Messaging team sits within the CRM group and is responsible for the way we manage email and in-game messaging as a channel and how franchise strategies are manifested within.

Our team focuses on metrics that increase incremental growth for the business, while maintaining the health of these channels and creating positive experiences for the Player.

What you’ll do...

  • Build campaigns using our in-house and 3rd party tools 

  • High-volume message configuration and scheduling among partner groups and against goals

  • Troubleshoot in a highly visible environment

  • Partner with teams to identify gaps in processes and to develop workflow enhancements

  • Develop process documentation, best practices and identify opportunities to improve tools

  • Develop an understanding of our player segmentation approach

  • Support the colleagues on the Campaign Operations team with projects across in-game and email channels


Ideally, you also will have…

  • 2 or more years experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, CRM, marketing operations / technology, or ad tech fields

  • Experience with building campaigns in enterprise email service providers (i.e. Responsys, SFMC, Braze), content management systems, content programming or ad trafficking tools

  • Expertise in quality assurance checks and in-depth troubleshooting

  • Passionate about games and connecting players to entertainment they love

  • Flexibility to work West or East Coast hours

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES

* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $79,900 - $111,900 CAD

In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
