Electronic Arts is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the SVP & GM of the Battlefield Franchise (Global).

The Role

As an Executive Assistant at EA, you are a force multiplier and strategic partner to senior leadership. Your mission is to help the SVP & GM to operate at peak effectiveness by orchestrating time, information, and operations with foresight.

At its core, you will be about protecting strategic focus—bringing order, clarity, and proactive support to ensure leadership can perform at the highest level in a global, evolving environment.

What You'll Do

Protect Strategic Focus

  • You will manage a complex, global calendar—prioritizing work that aligns to leadership goals

  • You will guard the executive's time as a scarce organizational resource

  • You will ensure meetings serve clear priorities, not just availability, with preparation and defined outcomes

  • You will scheduling to improve focus, reduce context switching, and maintain decision readiness

Support Travel Planning and Readiness

  • You will manage complex international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, and contingency planning

  • You will ensure the executive arrives prepared, on time, and able to perform at their best

  • You will anticipate and prevent disruptions that could derail productivity

  • You will structure travel to maximize productivity and minimize lost time

Remove Operational Noise

  • You will handle daily administrative responsibilities so the executive can operate at a strategic level

  • You will manage expenses, travel documentation, and reporting with accuracy

  • You will proactively identify needs and offer support before challenges arise

Who You Are

  • 5+ years supporting senior executives (SVP level or above preferred) in a global or matrixed environment

  • Experience anticipating needs before they become requests

  • Expertise in managing complexity and changing priorities

  • Balances information and perspectives to make well-informed decisions

  • Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack/Teams, Zoom, Confluence/SharePoint, and Asana (or similar)


Pay Transparency - North America

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$101,700 - $151,900 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
