Job Summary:

At Electronic Arts, we inspire the world to play by building teams that shape the future of interactive entertainment. EA has established a site in Bogotá and is continuing to grow our presence in the region. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support hiring and lead recruitment efforts for our Quality Verification Center of Excellence. The studio focuses on Quality Verification roles, including Quality Assurance Testers, Analysts, Designers, Software Engineers, and Development Directors. As our Talent Acquisition Manager in Bogotá, you will guide a team to support our growing site, translating enterprise talent strategies into local impact. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Director and work with us to create a diverse, inclusive, and environment. Join us to help scale our Bogotá team and for our global business.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters in Bogotá, connecting individual goals to our enterprise talent strategies.
  • You will manage hiring forecasts, onboarding, and retention plans to support site growth and ensure resource allocation aligns with needs.
  • You will translate enterprise recruiting strategies into daily operations, promoting fairness and equity in every process.
  • You will develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent for Quality Verification roles and related positions.
  • You will partner with senior leaders, using data to inform hiring plans and improve outcomes for us and our teams.
  • You will deliver presentations and trainings to teams and partners, using recruiting metrics to influence decision-making.
  • You will identify process improvements to improve talent acquisition practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading and scaling recruiting teams, including in growth or new-site environments.
  • Experience implementing workforce planning and inclusive hiring practices for diverse teams.
  • Experience presenting to teams and delivering trainings.
  • Experience using recruiting analytics and Measurements to improve team effectiveness, and to influence partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and improve programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in human resources or related field.
