As Senior Director of Product Management, Employee Experience, you will define and guide our global employee product strategy and collaborate with partners across engineering, architecture, HR, and enterprise technology to shape the future of how EA employees work.

You will report to the Sr. Director Employee & Player Experience Technology and lead a senior product team focused on delivering modern and scalable employee tools. This role is centered on measurable business outcomes, product excellence, and organizational transformation. Responsibilities

You will define and evolve the enterprise-wide product strategy for employee tools and platforms, aligning roadmaps with EA's business priorities and future ways of working.

You will establish and scale clear product management operating models, governance standards, prioritization frameworks, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery across a diverse, global portfolio.

You will build, mentor, and lead a product management team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.

You will translate business needs into technically actionable product requirements, partnering closely with engineering and architecture leadership to balance speed, reliability, scalability, and cost across collaboration, workflow, and service platforms.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Security to ensure employee-facing solutions meet compliance standards while delivering measurable improvements in productivity and experience quality.



Required Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience, including leadership of senior product managers and ownership of complex enterprise portfolios in global organizations.

Experience defining and delivering modern employee help and service experiences, including self-service, digital shopping/service catalogs, and enterprise knowledge management platforms, with expertise in ServiceNow preferred.

Strong understanding of product management methodologies, software development lifecycle, and enterprise governance practices.

Demonstrated success building and scaling product teams that deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree welcomed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$219,400 - $331,200 USD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
