EA SPORTS FC's Quality Verification team is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Tester for a 12-month contract. You will verify the quality of our latest titles and supporting the development of new features while reporting to the Development Manager. This role is Hybrid, meaning you will spend 3 onsite days at our Burnaby office working in person with your team.

What You'll Do With Us

  • You'll coordinate with our QA Lead Testers to ensure high-quality task execution as we deliver new features.

  • You'll implement detailed test plans to validate new features within the FC product.

  • You'll log bugs and manage regressions to ensure you resolve issues.

  • You'll contribute to automation testing processes, helping us improve both the efficiency and quality of our work.

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in QA testing or a similar role in the games or software industry.

  • You've implemented test plans and are comfortable using bug tracking and test management tools (such as JIRA).

  • You understand technical QA methodologies, automation frameworks, and are eager to stay up to date with industry trends.


This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS 

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). 

PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$50,400 - $66,600 CAD

Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
 In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
