The Technical Director will report to the Senior Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

Lead technical direction and development processes for mobile game projects and services
Manage a team of engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration across disciplines and locations
Guide teams to align and accomplish development goals
Align with leaders and peers across locations on technical priorities

Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
3+ years in a technical leadership role
Experienced with mobile game development, web development, and performance optimization
Programming skills and expertise in software design, algorithms, and data structures
Experienced in Agile methodologies, continuous integration, road mapping, and prioritisation

Bonus

3+ years of experience developing mobile software or web services
Background using metrics and analytics to determine the quality or priority
Comfortable working across client and server codebases
Passion for making and playing games
