As a Broadcast Producer, you will partner with team leaders to help create, plan and guide the delivery of game experiences. You’ll be involved in development, from the early concept stages through production and final stages. Producers are the creative visionaries for the product, acting as the bridge between the development team and project managers. You will oversee what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with producers and designers from across the game to guide feature development of audio and visual features.
  • Write clear design documentation, while working on features which support our project strategic goals, vision, and pillars.
  • Pitch, design and prototype new audio/visual elements while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to EA SPORTS FC team meetings, where you may receive, or provide relevant constructive design feedback to Art Directors, designers, and producers.
  • As Producer, you will prioritize and plan work within your feature area. You are also responsible for the quality of the product and will work closely with QV leads to ensure the highest standards.
  • Understand consumer needs and ensure audio and visual elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction and enjoyment.
Foster collaborative spirit within the team and help us form a stimulating and fun work environment.

Qualifications:

  • An experienced producer, product manager and/or game designer with 2+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology focused roles.
  • Solid EA SPORTS FC product knowledge and passion to work on one of the most exciting sports franchises.
  • Being an avid football fan, as well as having a broader interest in the sports gaming genre, is encouraged.
  • Experience writing well-organized design documentation is a major plus.
  • Must be comfortable working autonomously and be self-driven.
