Senior Producer, Campaign - EA SPORTS NHL, UFC, F1
Hybrid - Not Remote
Electronic Art’s internal Creative team aims to ignite players’ imaginations through world-class creative and craftsmanship. Our multidisciplinary team consists of storytellers, designers, artists, and innovators. Together we develop the strategic vision of our products, create memorable and distinctive brands, run world-class multi-channel campaigns, and execute innovative global engagement across all player touchpoints. We’re looking for a Senior Producer to help us execute creative work alongside internal teams and agency partners. This is a fast-paced, collaborative team, so it’s important to be a quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions, while focusing on detail-oriented output. In this dream role you’ll work across various creative campaigns for EA SPORTS. As a Senior Producer you will report to the Senior Director, Campaign Production - Creative and will be responsible for leading an integrated asset campaign for EA SPORTS NHL, UFC and F1.
Responsibilities:
Focus on upfront content planning from strategic briefing to budget scoping, staff resourcing, creative concepting, and production execution hand-off.
Drive early concept development for major beats alongside Creative leads and Execution partners (internally led).
Managing multiple game titles at once and overseeing the supporting production teams responsible for day-to-day execution, ensuring alignment across schedules, deliverables, and quality expectations;
Acting as a people manager for full-time RFT staff, including setting development goals, providing coaching, and conducting structured quarterly performance evaluations;
Creating annual resource plans across all owned titles, identifying needs for temporary staffing support and partnering with leadership to secure required resourcing;
Serving as the first point of escalation for project, interpersonal, or operational issues within the teams, resolving blockers proactively before elevating matters to senior leadership;
Providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring individuals have the tools and information needed to be successful;
Coordinating cross-team communication across production, creative, brand, finance, vendors, and other internal partners to maintain clarity on priorities and progress across multiple titles;
Reviewing team workload distribution and adjusting assignments to optimize efficiency, support employee growth, and maintain balanced, sustainable team operations;
Ensuring consistent application of workflows, processes, and best practices across all titles and supporting teams;
Partnering with leadership on long-term operational planning, staffing strategy, and team structure recommendations based on project pipelines.
Organizing frequent creative reviews with dev, brand, activation, licensee’s or licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts;
Creating work back and production schedules based on delivery dates and keep interested parties updated on production deadlines and milestones;
Reading scripts and providing creative and editorial feedback to creative director ensuring vision is aligned with brand vision, schedule, budget and quality targets;
Being a source of knowledge and resource for team members and chase answers where there are gaps in the team’s knowledge;
Maintaining asset trackers and syncing with CFX teams and other partners to ensure understanding on asset production statuses and timing;
Managing postproduction vendors with Group Sr. Producer including review bids for accuracy, consistency and once approved, initiating Statement of Works and PO requests;
Partnering with vendors to build shoots including budgeting, casting, facilities and scheduling, delivery of mo-cap rigs and shot list, prop list;
Forecasting and maintaining asset production budgets and meeting with finance partners to ensure accuracy of budget control documents;
Initiating music licensing and composition requests with EA’s music group, confirming usage, territory, timeline, and artist credits;
Sending trailers and other assets to EA’s Legal team with proper caveats for review and confirming required disclaimers;
Sending videos to ESRB for preclearance and communicating fixes required for compliance;
Syncing with EA’s localization team to confirm on time delivery of localization projects and assets;
Providing rapid response to executive and senior leadership team request for assets for special use cases, events, board meetings, award shows;
Quality controlling all assets for accurate spelling, required legal copy, ESRB ratings, correct end slate Call-To-Actions, and ensuring files are error free;
Sourcing in-game assets for vendors including working with game producers to understand asset availability and directly pulling assets from Perforce;
Sending links to final assets including thumbnails, metadata, and video needed for final deployment email;
Guiding DOM Image creation by ensuring evaluation of upcoming requests and working with creative director, and important partners to determine best imagery;
Using common production tools: Airtable, Asana, Smartsheet, Frame.io, Frontify;
Qualifications:
8+ Years’ experience in Producer roles.
Strong understanding of pre/post/editorial/design production processes.
You can take projects from inception to execution.
You are a resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions.
You maintain a total ownership mentality, accountable and invested in great outcomes and high-quality content.
Familiar with live-action production.
Familiar with the design process and computer-generated imagery (CGI).
Common production tools: Airtable, Frame.io, Frontify, Google Drive.
