Senior Analyst, Fan Care

As a Senior Analyst on EAX, you will turn player and product data into insights that shape growth, engagement, and monetization strategies. You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to define metrics, evaluate experiments, and guide roadmap decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product KPIs for subscription and platform performance.
  

• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  

• Design and analyze A/B tests to measure product and lifecycle initiatives.
  

• Partner with Product to translate insights into roadmap recommendations.
  

• Develop forecasting models to inform growth and revenue planning.
  

• Ensure data accuracy through metric governance and documentation.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, economics, statistics, or related field.
  

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
  

• Advanced SQL for large-scale data analysis.
  

• Experience analyzing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
