Senior Creative Analytics Lead

The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on excellence in business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. We connect teams with the data, insights, and tools needed to accelerate outcomes.
Your Impact
You will build and lead EA’s creative analytics capability, shaping how marketing content is measured and improved. Your work will guide decisions across campaigns, influence senior partners, and connect data to creative performance.
Responsibilities
Lead a new creative analytics function and define measurement frameworks for marketing content
Direct analysts and data scientists to deliver insights from creative and campaign data
Integrate pre-testing and research insights into marketing decision-making
Translate audience and content data into clear recommendations for partners
Embed insights into campaign recaps, briefs, and marketing planning
Partner across fan intelligence teams to align analytics with broader strategies
Build scalable tools and processes to support ongoing learning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
6+ years in analytics, marketing science, or insights roles
Experience leading analytical projects and translating data into recommendations
Knowledge of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing
Experience managing teams with SQL, R, or Python expertise
Experience applying methods such as segmentation or predictive modeling
Core Skills and Experience
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns in content performance
Apply creative testing methods and brand measurement approaches
Build data visualizations to communicate findings
Structure ambiguous problems into measurable analyses
Communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams
